Woot! We are back! Ok, I am honestly not that excited about summer vacation being over, but I am excited about another year of SBCS. If you are an incoming freshman or this is the first time you have heard of us, check out some of the about pages to learn more about us.
Our weekly meetings will be starting again very soon. As soon as we know the date of the first meeting, we will post it on this website and on the Facebook group. If you are not already a member of our Facebook group, you should join it so you can get updates pushed to you!
Welcome to the Stony Brook Computing Society
The Stony Brook Computing Society is an official Stony Brook club for anyone passionate about programming, computers or technology in general. Our primary goal is to foster community by bringing people together who love technology for weekly meetings, fun events and inspiring seminars by students, professors and industry professionals.
We are also an official chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery, the world's largest educational and scientific computing society, which gives us access to great educational and professional networking resources.
